熱塑性彈性體TPV，與傳統(tǒng)熱固性橡膠相比不僅具有熱固性橡膠的高彈性和使用性能，而且打破了熱固性橡膠成型方法和回收方法，可采用塑料的各種成型方法進行成型加工，且可以方便地進行回收再利用。
適用于一般產(chǎn)品加工、觸感柔軟、手感好、具有良好的耐候性及耐化學溶劑，彈性佳等優(yōu)點其制品廣泛應用于汽車工業(yè)、電子電器、密封等。可取代傳統(tǒng)熱固性橡膠EPDM、NBR。
Compared with traditional thermosetting rubber, thermoplastic elastomer TPV not only has the high elasticity and service performance of thermosetting rubber, but also breaks the thermosetting rubber forming method and recycling method. It can be formed and processed by various plastic forming methods, and can be conveniently recycled.
It is suitable for general product processing, soft touch, good hand feel, good weather resistance, chemical solvent resistance and good elasticity. Its products are widely used in automobile industry, electronic appliances, sealing, etc. It can replace the traditional thermosetting rubber EPDM and NBR.
